Hair products are sold "as-is", seller disclaims all warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose.  Variations in color, texture and density may vary slightly between batches.  Failure to follow proper care may result in damage to natural hair, for which the seller is not responsible.  Seller reserves the right to limit or cancel quantities per person or household.  Seller is not liable for delays caused by 3rd party carriers.  Seller will ship items as soon as possible once payment is received (usually within 24 hours, unless a custom order).  Buyer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address.  Seller is not liable for direct or indirect damages, including loss of profit or damage to hair, resulting from the use of the product.  Seller is not liable for allergic reactions to materials like copper, aluminum beads, wool or leather.  Products may not be rebranded or resold, using seller's trademark without permission.  Payment is secured via encryption, and sensitive card information is with a secure 3rd party, information is not stored by the seller.
